Q: I updated ArtikPix and now I can only get the th, ch, sh, f, v, k, g decks. Where are all 21 decks?
A: Make sure that you swipe directly over the decks (from right to left) to access the remaining sounds. It's especially important if you have the app on an iPad. If you start swiping all the way from the right side of the screen, it won't work.
Q: I downloaded the free version of Artikpix and made an In App purchase (e.g., Decks 1). Once I updated the app, I lost my decks. I have attempted to Restore Lost Decks without any success.
